is this a lawful thing to use a method ( sending an html which automatically opens with email while opening an email) and receive the receiver IP ? I mean I am talking about companies and lawful internet sites not spammers ... because if I open an email and an image just opens ( an html or the headline of the company ) they can find out my IP right???
is it allowed to use embedded tracking in the HTML via email by companies?
