Is it against the law for a restaurant to not have a maximum capacity limit posted?

I graduated from school and my friend maximized a restaurant for my classes senior prank. They had a capacity limit posted. I wanted to help my bro do the same thing for his senior prank, only at a different restaurant. I went to Taco Bell to find out their max cap limit. I have two in my area and neither one have a number posted anywhere. Is this against the law for Taco Bell to not have that information posted?
