I downloaded a banner to put on our community bulletin board. It was my hope to provide this information with a web sight address. The girlfriend of the Stalker (she does not live here) pulled down the public information right in front of me ,and refused to put it back, or give it to me. It is getting expensive to keep replacing the public Service Poster.
There is a stalker in our apartment complex. The criminal Trial for Felony Stalking is Jan. 20, 2011.
Is that legal for her to harass me in that way? Is there legal recourse?
