Is it a no-no for your small-business name to have some words the same as another small

business? Let's say I want to name my business "Joe Schmoe Window Company," but there's a company in another country trademarked for "Joe Schmoe Herbal Teas." (Note these are totally different industries but both small businesses.) Will I still be able to name my company the name I want? Or do I have to choose something else by law?
I write what I mean, and I proofread what I write. I meant "country."
