Is it a good idea to learn ASP.NET and Actionscript3 on the same time?

No. ActionScript is a terrible language for beginners, and worlds apart.

ASP.NET would be best to start with - having a general knowledge of many different programming languages will be useful in trying to figure out the complex nastiness of ActionScript.
