He is not yet a member of the Japan Baseball Hall Of Fame. The JBHOF website does not mention a ten-season minimum (as the more familiar HOF requires), which may simply be oversight, or may not be mandatory. But, worth nothing, Suzuki-san played only nine (very good) professional seasons in Japan.
