Is Hopkins a good university?

Hello,, Id like to study medicine, but Im not shore wich is the best university to pick, do you recomend hopkins university??? is it expensive??? do you think Mexico UNAM is a better choice??? Im from Mexico, how much would be the aproximated price of the universtiy and how difficult would it be to check into the universtiy?
