I received in my SPAM folder, some email about how to reduce electricity by using natural power. My husband is very intelligent and I am sure he could make something like solar or wind power using the guides...I just want to know, DOES IT WORK or is it a $50 SCAM for the book....Thanks fellow consumers looking to save money in this god awful horrible economy!!!
