I'm wondering as I prefer the more technical side (like web design) and using the adobe suite.
I'm really worried now as I have started a cert III in Design Fundamentals which focuses on graphic design and we are doing all this painting! I love painting, but I am really horrible at it. Same goes for typography, unless I am tracing. We only have one computer lesson a week.
So because of my lack of skills, does this mean this isn't really the right career for me? I feel so useless in class lately, all these things I just have no talent for. Do you think we are doing all the manual/hand work because its such a low course? Perhaps a diploma would have more computer work?
