is going to University when your 21/22 too old?

Greetings, after taking some time out to gain some valuable work experience I'm ready to go back into education, but due to a few hicups it will take me 3 years instead of the original 2 that I thought it was going to take to get qualified ready for Uni, so I will be 21 when I start and 22 1 month into my undergratuate course, is this too old? I know i will be applying as a mature student, and I know I will be able to get in no problems but is their many people of that age range there?
