i mean globulin is one of the most major components in serum
so am i right to say if globin is one of the major component in blood too?

"globin" can be used to refer to any spherical/spheroidal protein - but it is most commonly used to refer to a component of haemoglobin or myoglobin (oxygen-binding intracellular proteins) .
So no, they are not extracellular serum proteins (though haemoglobin obviously *is* a major blood component - it is just inside erythrocytes).
