wars, the reckless tax cuts, prescript...? drug plan that's unpaid for, No Child Left Behind, and at the end of his presidency he oversaw a recession and gave bailouts to failing banks, all of these actions leading up to a $9 trillion deficit when the economy was going well. Why did he do this? Did he think this was appropriate?

Bush will be remembered by historians as the President who put america in such a deep ditch finanically during a period of economic prosperity that when the economy tanked the government was not in shape fiscally to handle further deficit spending to save the economy. Now Obama can't create jobs for the unemployed because the deficit is too much for the country to handle. WHAT A SHAME, WHAT A SHAME!!!
 
you loony lefties just don't get it. failure to solve problems is in itself a problem. we have always had problems, but we have always solved them through the democratic process. now under this turkey he don't even get the problem. try going to work and when you screw up blame it on the guy who did the job before see where that gets you

Unfortunately both presidents have set this country back. I was just wondering when the dems and rep. will stop fighting like little kids and work together to make a better country. one nation under god right?

Barney Frank and Chris Dodd both supported Fannie and Freddie's path and objective in congressional hearings and refused to do what Bush's white house urged them to do. LOOK WHAT HAPPENED BECAUSE OF IT.

Obama campaigned on the debt and said it was his priority if elected. Well, he was elected and what did he do? Add $4trillion to it. WHY ARE LIBS THIS BLIND??????? He told the nation about shovel ready jobs. What happened........the unemployment rate climbed. WHY ARE LIBS THIS IGNORANT? He tells us how much he feels the economical pain of the nation.....then goes play golf and heads to Martha's Vineyard ( again. ) WHY ARE LIBS THIS INTENTIONALLY SELF RENDERED IGNORANT?

The worst any party defeat in 70 years last November.......and libs are still trying to bash Bush. It's almost embarrassing to be an American when so many are just plain stupid by the government addicted.
