Is Gazza officially a Jewish concentration camp?

I think so, since Israel doesnt want basic Food, building materials, other essentials needa of life and much worse big fences surronding it (The Blockade) especially after IDF inhilated Gazza in 2009 New Year operation. So can we safely state that Gazza is now a Jewish concentration camp?
 
No I believe its more similar to he situation in east and west Berlin when the Communist state cut all lines of supply into west Berlin.
