I am still working for this company and i want to know if it is right that they can take 56.00 out of my next 2 check bc they were over-paying me after i got out of training but it has been 6 weeks since i got out of training. I am just confused why they would be able to do this bc It is not my fault. I don't care about the pay change bc i was getting paid 10.00 for 6weeks now they changed it to 9.00 an hour now. Does anyone have any information on this?
Is garnishment of wages legal if you are over-payed?
