A Ahadh Guest Feb 16, 2010 #1 I am already fast but i wanna be running back in 5 months so i wanna be really REALLY fast. Is it hard? Or do u just sprint alot until u gain speed? btw i already lift weights so i go to the gym and work my legs out.
