is frostwire/limewire or listentoyoutube better?

i was wondering what people out there knew about these programs. if anyone has any negative experiences with either please let me know. if there's chances that i will get viruses let me know. other things that would be helpful is which one is fast and which one has the best quality. positive experiences are welcome too
