I breastfeed so I'm not so knowledgeable about formula feeding. I thought I remember reading on a can of formula that its for ages birth to 12 months. Does that mean you have to start weaning at 12 months if you formula feed and put them on a cows milk and solids diet to get what they need? I could be totally off I have no idea. Just trying to learn. I know many people breastfeed past 1 year (with solids) but I've never heard of anyone formula feeding past one year without trying to wean. Thanks for the information.
