Is fish the only meat that can be eaten on Good Friday?

If an organism has ANY kind of circulatory system, nervous system, brain, bones, organs, etc. and is above a basic biological form (IE: amoeba, bacteria, etc.) it is meat
Two more points: I am agnostic
and if fish is not meat I am a vegetarian

I assume you mean for Catholics.
Catholics are supposed to fast and abstain on Good Friday, meaning abstain from eating meat and fast as is reasonable for them. This applies to Catholics over fourteen that don't have medical issues or are pregnant or elderly etc. and are physically able to fast.
Technically, fish is allowed, but chowing down on a big fish feast misses the whole point.
