is fish, dragonflies, and any small lizard healthy for jackson chameleons?

I'm willing to try anything if they are healthy enough for my chameleon. i just want a good variety of food for him, so far hes tried different moths, different flies, grasshoppers, beetles, crickets, and different roaches. It's already a good variety, i just want to make it a better one.
 
as long as what you are feeding him is healthy, it is fine. I would recomend keeping the fish in a seperate tank for 2 days and feed them very healthy fish food to make sure they are healthy.
