Is first morning urine when you get up for hpt tests?

They say the morning urine is so much more concentrated because it's when you hold your pee the longest, so i'm assuming that if you didn't go to the bathroom all night and wake up at 7 and take the test then your urine should be concentrated enough to get a positive. Just had a miscarriage and trying to conceive again too. but i wish you the best of luck!!!!
 
I'm confused...I get up and pee like 2 times a night and usually around 4 am, but I sleep until 7-7:30am. Should I use the urine at 4 or wait until when I get up? I don't want to waste the most concentrated urine.
I am 10dpo and just waiting for the test to come up positive. Thank you
