Is fighting racism the same as fighting the wind?

I mean it seems like a impossible fight that is never going to end, even the the victims of racism are often racists themselves.
How the hell are we going to fight this sentiment when its everywhere and in almost everyone?

And when you say you never had a racist thought you are either very very stupid , an angel sent by God or a big phat liar.
