my sons mom is with holding him from me,and i have primary custody,and she only gets him on weekends,but she is currently keeping him,and i have went threw legal aid,the police,domestic relations,and everything possible. They said i could come and take him from her,but she wont answer her door.I went back to my original lawyer,and they send out a emergency release form for her to bring him back but she hasn't responded. It is going to cost $750 upfront from my lawyer to file for contempt,but i don't have the money,and he needs 1,500 to file for full custody. However i have got a hold of family solutions center and they are needing 100 upfront,and they can take payments,but i was wondering if they are good or not? I need to find a good lawyer that can take payments,any suggestions?please and thanks.
