Is exercising for 15- 30 min good enoguh for a teen?

I am wondering is doing crunches-3 sets, Sit ups 3 sets, then bycical crunches- 2 sets.... then push ups 3 sets, and pull ups 2 sets, And finnally using these weights just pulling them up 10 times good enoguh for a work out? im not really trying to gain muscel but just to get toned. any advice wuld be helpfull becasue i am plaing on doing this later tonight.... thxx :)
