is excess protein for weight-lifting and football damaging to your health?

The liver has to work harder to get rid of the protein, but surely if you work-out the protein is used
 
People with a healthy liver can have what ever they want without having to worry about it being damaged.

Those of us with other diseases have to worry about possibly doing more damage to our livers as the meds we must take do enough damage to liver and kidneys.

So don't worry!! Eat your steak and drink your milk and be a very happy football player!!!
 
yeps if taken in excess. get dietetic advice for quatity to be taken. the main prob is potential xs protein intake which can put the liver under strain.
