I've read a questions or statements that state that when people tell women how to avoid being assaulted or something like that, you are blaming the victim. One question plainly stated "Don't tell your women friends how to be safe and avoid rape." and instead seemed to suggest that just telling people that rape is wrong, all rape will end.
