I sort of learned how to hip dance, belly dance, and do aerobic exercise over the years of taking dance classes while I'm in my room dancing to hard rock music. I sweat, I feel so much more tired and sweaty than if I was running or doing a treadmill. It's fun too.
I do this for about half hour a day, and my clothes are covered in sweat.
