I know this sounds like a stupid question, but I don't know anything about seafood. You see, I'm pregnant and craving sushi really bad - but the only sushi I'm allowed to eat has to be cooked sushi that I prepare myself (to prevent cross contamination of parasites), so I'm going to attempt to do that, with very little knowledge of how to actually do it. Anyway, if I were to purchase crab meat (out of the shell) from a grocery store, would it be cooked? Do I have the option to buy it cooked? More info please?
