I am going to make a website, and I'm going to use a coder. I just need to learn a little bit about it so I can chose the right coder for the job. Would copying PHP and MySQL from a tutorial guide or anywhere using coding be considered illegal and should I know of any restrictions/precautions before I start creating the website?
