Is cooking bacon in the microwave until its as stiff as a board healthier

than pan frying it? I soak up the grease with a paper towel.
I soak the grease up in paper towel and p.s. i use turkey bacon and i'm not health concious very much and i'll still do it anyway i just wanted 2 know.
