Is circumcision scar removal covered by my health care in Canada?

I am not happy with my circumcision scar and would like to correct it as much as possible. Is this something that is covered or should I be expecting to pay for it out of my own pocket?

Also, has anyone else gone through this procedure at a relatively young age (mid 20s), and have anything to say about it whether positive or negative?
