is camp nou the best soccer stadium on the world?

I refuse to answer this question (mainly cuz i dont know the answer) but you used the word "soccer"...Its called FOOTBALL!!
 
Haven't been to the new Wembley yet but of the stadiums I have visited, the Nou Camp is definitely in the top three. And the other two are not in the UK BTW.
 
Yea the best Is Camp Nou because it has the Biggest cheering fans if thats what you mean. Its very popular. Love the Passion of Barcelona (Messi & Puyol THE BEST) The next or very close to it would be Wembley Stadium in U.K. The other below are very well known and big stadiums of the world.

Azadi Stadium in Iran

Rungrado May Day Stadium in North Korea

And finally one of my other favorite is the Emirate Stadium of Arsenal.
