Is Buying a 2004 Dodge Dakota w/ 100,000 miles a good Idea?

I am thinking about purchasing a 2004 Dodge Dakota. It has 100,000 Miles on it as of right now. Do you think I will run into problems in the near future with it? There was one previous owner, and the truck looks like it is in great condition. Any thoughts?
