UPCAT is getting nearer and I'm still not decided on what course I want to take.
But I've been thinking that maybe I want to be a doctor or something like that, so is BS Bio an effective pre-med course? If so, will having a major in Zoology really help you in med school?
Some say that BS Bio is useless if you want to go to med school afterwards; and that it has lots of chem, so it's better if you take a chemistry-related course instead.
Some say that BS Bio IS effective, but having a major in Zoology wouldn't help you in med school at all.
I'm really confused and I would greatly appreciate a clear explanation.
