Ok - when I go into the Setup Wizard, then email, there is no option to resend the service books for me there. I can 1) Create or add a new email address, 2)Use a work email address or 3) skip email setup.

Or is this option in the 'Advanced Options'?

You shouldn't have to go to set up wizard, it should be an icon on your home screen that says "set up email"
