"They have confirmed this practically by sending their troops to South Lebanon, in order to help Jews achieve victory," Bin Laden says in his message.

"The political leaders of the West are still living under the Middle Ages mentality, by oppressing the others, occupying their land, killing their free leaders and spoiling their wealth.

"This is what Bush and Blair explicitly and clearly maintained when they invaded Iraq to steal its oil and humiliate its people."

RLTW - I agree but then we have Bush killing thousands of innocent Iraqis. Should he not be culpable too.

Bush's #1 non-military 'benchmark' insists that the Iraqi Parliament surrender two-thirds of its OIL fields to foreign OIL corporations, virtually allowing companies like Exxon-Mobil to STEAL much of Iraq's most valuable economic resource.

Now go back to the beginning:

George W. Bush was 'selected' to be President for three really lame reasons:
1. He was ordered to 'get even' with Saddam Hussein for humiliating George H.W. Bush during Operation Desert Storm;
2. Dick Cheney was installed as Vice-President because it was obvious George W. Bush didn't have leadership capabilities. Cheney had powerful connections in the OIL industry, many of whom had bailed George W. Bush out of one failed business venture after another. Now it was up to Cheney to see that those OIL barons were reimbursed. Cheney didn't have the charisma to be President, but it was clear that he was the puppet master; Bush was just the puuppet;
3. The giant U.S. military-industrial complex [which Dwight Eisenhower warned us about] needed a new 'war' to boost sagging profits from too many years of peace.

Once Bush/Cheney were occupying the Oval Office, it was necessary to convince the public - and Congress - of the necessity for invading another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States. SOLUTION: a 'terrorist' attack on U.S. soil.

Larry Silverstein was a good friend of the Bush family, and his World Trade Center (WTC) was drowning in red ink due to vacancies and tenant disputes. Silverstein hired George W. Bush's younger brother as director of security for the WTC shortly before 09-11-01. Silverstein also had his insurance policies modified to specifically include coverage for 'terrorist attacks'.

Shortly after he left the Oval Office, George H.W. Bush joined a new company called the Carlyle Group, along with several of his former cabinet members (including James Baker). Among investors in the new company were many of Bush's wealthy friends from Saudi Arabia, including a family by the name of binLaden who originally invested $2.5 million in the venture, headquartered within walking distance of the White House.

Dick Cheney resigned from an obscure little corporation called Halliburton and received an astonishing multi-million-dollar 'golden parachute' for his brief tenure as the company's CEO.

Ever since the start of the Iraqi 'war', the Carlyle Group and Halliburton have been two of the most prolific contractors to the U.S. government. Halliburton is building fourteen permanent U.S. military bases in Iraq, and the corporate headquarters has been relocated to the Cayman Islands to avoid paying U.S. taxes on its BILLIONS in profits. Both companies, the Carlyle Group and Halliburton, have direct ties to the Bush/Cheney White House.

The U.S. is building the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad, overlooking the 'new' Iraqi government headquarters. It's obvious the Bush administration expects to maintain a presence in Iraq for decades, even generations - until we've sucked all of the OIL from Iraq's sands.

After the 09-11-01 'terrorist attacks', all air traffic was grounded. However, an investors' meeting at Carlyle Group headquarters was in progress. These prominent, wealthy Saudi Arabians were esorted out of the country on U.S. government planes. Is it not possible that Osama binLaden was quietly smuggled back into the U.S.A., where he has lived comfortably ever since at his family's huge gated, guarded compound just outside of Orlando, Florida?

Experts have concluded that the WTC buildings were brought down by demolition explosives planted inside the buildings. Silverstein collected something like 16 times his original investment from his insurance carriers. Steel and debris from the wreckage was quickly used to build a new U.S. battleship (instead of being stored for further examination and analysis or inspection).

Emotions ran high, resulting in the people - and Congress - giving Bush a 'blank check' to attack Iraq, even there was no evidence that Iraq had anything to do with 9-11. Bush used Colin Powell as a scapegoat to persuade the United Nations that Iraq had 'weapons of mass destruction' even though none were ever found. When the emotions died down, Bush publicly proclaimed that Osama binLaden was 'no longer a priority' and ordered most federal agencies to stop searching for this alleged 'terrorist'.

Exxon-Mobil alone reported record profits of $44 BILLION dollars for the first quarter of this year, thanks to a slippery OIL market where prices continue to rise almost daily. The U.S. government is considering investigating charges of price fixing, price gouging or market manipulations of the OIL market.

Within the past 72 hours, George W. Bush supposedly pleaded with his Saudi Arabian friends to release more of its OIL reserves. The Saudis responded only with a modest increase. Bush then proclaimed that it was "not enough" and America must do more domestic exploration and drilling of its own OIL reserves in order to keep the price of gasoline down. Bush sepcifically is referring to a vast field of OIL in the frozen northern Alaska tundra, which will disrupt caribou migration routes and probably not produce any significant quantities of OIL. Immediately upon making those remarks, an ad appeared on YaHoo! asking viewers to sign a petition and send to their Congressional representatives demanding to not 'punish' the OIL companies and allowing them to drill for more OIL in U.S. territories. The Partnership for America's Energy Security is undoubtedly funded by OIL companies intent on enjoying more profit from American motorists' huge dependency on OIL.

Bush will soon get his 'marching orders' to invade Iran for the very same reason he attacked Iraq: OIL. "Weapons of mass destruction" won't fool the American people again, so the Bush administration will have to come up with yet another 'terrorist attack' on U.S. soil - this time just prior to, or after, the November elections - and, this time, in the Midwest (perhaps St. Louis or Chicago). Bush will then be ordered to declare martial law [which he can easily do since he's revoked the Posse Comitatus Act of 1879 which allows him to declare martial law without the consent of congress]. He will suspend the election, claiming it's in the country's best interests not to change administration as it enters into another unconstitutional, illegal and immoral 'war' - this time with Iran.

675,000 Iraqis and 4,000 U.S. soldiers (actually, many more) have died so that a handful of wealthy elitists, oil barons, industrialists and power brokers can become wealthier and more powerful. The U.S.A. has continued to oppress and 'bully' other countries, occupy their land and killing their leaders while spoiling their wealth - all in the interests of the OIL industry in the United States that is absolutely dependent on Middle East OIL to continue reaping huge profits with minimal additional expense.

binLaden is NOT wrong. He recognizes what the American people and the U.S. Congress doesn't: this has all been a scam since the very first day Bush/Cheney entered the Oval Office.

Can all this possible be a series of coincidences? If you believe that, please call me. I have some oceanfront property in Truth-Or-Consequences, New Mexico I'd like to sell you! -RKO- 05/17/08

Who knows... maybe he is correct in some of the things he says, but that is still no excuse for hurting innocent civilians, no matter what country they are from.

Well, this is my opinion on this matter...Bin Laden probably was borned a good kid and maybe he meant well in his own country, and who knows what the hell was going on over there between those adjuscent countries where he was living at the time but, once he stepped in the wrong foot over here in the US and caused all those people to die on 9/11, he immediately became a person that society must reject, an outlaw, a loose cannon!

Right on O I have been raised on a rural farm in the north..I have never seen animals treat others as badly as people do..what Bin Ladens people have done was not right ..Nor was right what was ,is still being done to the poor people of this world to support our WASTE FULL lifestyle... Saddam was fighting Iran With the Weapons, money Grandpa Bush Gave him..Now we have to fight Iran..WE Will come out on the short end of the stick soooon

If you support mass murder for political ends....exactly what is your problem with dead Iraqis?

If it was okay for bin Laden to kill 3000 plus to make a point, why get your panties in a twist about Bush invading?

We all just jump in and kill for selfish reasons, the god of battles determines who is right, and the world goes on. Simple. Easy.

They want me and my kids dead or converted, I'm willing and able to kill as many as I need to in order to prevent that from happening.

If you expect nothing more from the Islamics, why do you expect more from me? Because I'm supposed to be civilized? Because I have to hold the moral high ground?

Screw that.

When there is some support coming from the rear, some cultural affirmation that opposing terrorists is the good fight, then maybe I can find it in my heart to behave like a paladin.

Until then I fight for the survival of my way of life....just like they claim they do.

Deal with it.

Bin Laden is DEAD!!! Islamic terrorists had nothing to do with 911. You should look no further than your own govt.

bin Laden, as is common with tyrants, attributes his own motives to his enemies and victims. Thus bin Laden, living a medieval lifestyle based on strict hierarchy and ridden with oppression, attributes these attributes to the West.
The idea that Bush and Blair had any desire to steal Iraqi oil or humiliate Iraqi people is an obvious lie. Despite the lives and treasure spent liberating Iraq from Saddam Hussein and his followers (who are still trying to get back into power by terrorism) the West has not taken any oil and has done its best to help the Iraqi people toward independence and freedom.

We invaded Iraq because Saddam violated 41 sanctions placed on him by the UN after he invaded Kuwait with soldiers raping and murdering woman and young girls in front of their fathers and husbands. Then murdering the men. The sanctions were placed to keep him from making and engaging in further chemical and biological warfare. During his reign he used these chemicals against other countries along with his own people. When he was suspected of violating the sanctions as part of the treaty which he signed the united nations were allowed to come to his country in order to maintain the sanctions. While they were there he was secretive, and became uncooperative. He would not allow them to go to certain places, and then kicked them out altogether. Sounds like someone who has something to hide. Please read the reports completed by the investigators of the United Nations before you continue to make stupid allegations of stealing oil. The United Nations and other countries, along with democrates and Republicans agreed something had to be done. You forget Bush waited until the reports came back completed by the UN, and congress approval before a declaration of war was made. I urge to research more because you sound radical and uneducated.

You can't compare Bin Ladin to the US because we invaded for the safety of our countries as well as others

i must say i do agree with what he's saying

its true....bush is a bastard and invades any country for no reason at all

howver bin laden was still wrong to attack amercia and kill innocent people....he could of just assinated bush
