recently i decided to try to like a little healther by going outside more often. but the actual amount of time i have per day is kind of limited so i was wondering if theres a big difference between biking and walking in terms of exersice and fitness.
when i bike i usually bike for at least 5-8 miles at a steady pace
but when i walk its normaly around 2-3 miles
