I'm a 13 year old girl and I have a great diet for my age
I eat lean meats mostly,fresh fruits/veggies,nuts,yogurt,wheat/ whole grains,ect
I love sweet potatos and bananas.
Well I lost weight I gained when I hurt my leg real bad.
I do sometimes eat unhealthy foods but not often.like i'll go out to eat with my family once a week.
I would love to start riding a bike outside for exercise
I really don't think workout videos are neccessery for teens unless its winter.
So is biking good for fat burning???

I hope they have a girl bike team soon,especially if its great exercise.
