is biking 5 miles then doing 20 crunch and then working on the gunz a good work out?

5 miles on a bike is nothing

you should ride HARD for at least 30 minutes

i mean, sweating, panting hard

not just poking around trying to impress girls

an hour would be even better

on the other hand, you don;t say what your goal is

so if there is no goal, why do anything at all?

otherwise, how is anyone else supposed to know 'iz it enuf'?

im 15,guy. im 220 and each day i am doing 5 miles and 20 crunchs every 5 minutes for bout 10 minutes. iz it enough????
 
Depends what you are aiming for! Fitness? Marathon? What you are doing is a good exercise workout. Add some push ups to the routine, include a few hills on your ride, carry a back pack with a few books for added weight, increase the distance occasionally, add some sprints on the bike occasionally and enjoy the ride. Stay away from sugar foods and sugar drinks, eat more protein foods and vegetables.
