I've got the region 2, bought it in a second hand shop for a quid, happy days.
The guy's laugh at the end is still one of the most unnerving things I've ever watched. And Britt Ekland is just to die for. "Don't you see... it's for my son"
Thanks for the information. Just curious as I have watched this film many times in the past but in recent years its appearance on UK TV has disappeared. Is this some sort of Viewing rights disagreement?
Also, regarding the film itself, is it intended that all the patients ARE nutters, are could it be some supernatural thing going on.
I know the end story involving Byron isn't madness, but certainly the Britt Ekland one is! Very spooky that, especially when Charlotte Rampling says, 'can't you see her, she's here,' pointing at herself in the mirror!
SenRAB shivers down my spine, because before that I thought Charlotte was the victim of a spook!
Love this movie. This is the set I bought which comes with Asylum. The other two films are good fun too. The site says that the set is Region 1, but I can confirm it's actually Region ALL (0). At least, mine is anyway.
Think I'm only missing one or two Amicus films from my collection now...
