It depends on your current status as a high school player.
If you are not a "superstar" getting offers or looked at by schools, then you should probably pick one or two to go to to put your name out there.
If you are the "superstar", then it is all up to you. I remember getting invited to many, but only going to the ones that were close and/or cheap. But it is preference if you want to spend the money; I would say do it, it puts you in good spirits with the coaches and eases the process for them. And some are really fun.
