Is Atlanta a bad sports city?

I want to know if you think atlanta is a bad sports city. you also have to factor in not just the pro teams but also University of Georgia and Georgia Tech
 
Atlanta has a lot of history behind its baseball team,the Braves,but besides that,not much else. The Braves won 14 consecutive NL East division titles,but the Falcons have only made it to one Super Bowl in their history,and the Thrashers are perrenial bottom feeders. The University of Georgia has a rich football history,and rich basketball and football history,but I don't recall any national titles for either school.
