Is Asperger's syndrome a real illness or just an excuse to be an @sshole?

In my opinion Asperger's syndrome is a bull$#it diagnosis.
There's nothing medically wrong with them.
CT scans, MRI, EEG, blood work... all comes back normal.
It's bad behaviour, and there's no medical excuse for that.

So is it a real illness or just an excuse to be an @sshole all the time?
