I ordered one of the new macbook pros six days ago using my debit card. As stated in the apple help section, the money in my account immediately became unavailable to me as it was authorised to go to Apple. The macbook was shipped two days ago, but rather than being fully transferred to Apple the money has become available to me again.
On a related note, about a week before that I ordered the same one but added the wrong type of adapter so i cancelled the order, well i couldnt reorder immediately as the money takes a while to become available again, so i called them to see if they could speed up the process, the lady said just wait, but also that she'd transfer my case to the transactions department to see what they could do. Is it possible they only got the case after the money became available again and i had ordered the next one, so that they cancelled the transaction but i'm still getting the macbook?
