were released in 11/09.? This version of the iPhone can be Jailbroken, but only a tethered Jailbreak by GeoHot using blackra1n. The new iBoot checks to see if there is a Jailbreak, when found the iPhone is put into recovery mode, and then prompts you to do a factory restore using iTunes. You can again run blackra1n to go back into your iPhone without restoring, but who's next to a computer all the time. Not me. Anyway, holla back iPhone peeps.
