Is anyone using an outdoor modem from Rogers? How is it working for you?

I live in the country and one of my only options for internet is an outdoor modem through Rogers. I'd like to know if it's any good.

It's a hassle to set up, but it's faster than dial up. It's also not very good for online gaming (might not matter to you; also might just be me). Once set up, it's not bad, but expect to call Rogers support a couple times (The online activation didn't work for us).
