The Tugging

One day, I'll understand
why beauty leaves me aching,
why perfect moments
squeeze my heart
and happy endings
make me cry.

One day, when I behold
Your face,
I'll read the words you wrote upon my soul
at birth.

Then, I will touch Omega...
and hear the whispered
answers
to every longing
that made me weep at beauty.
