is anyone out there suffering like me

I'm a 36 year old female 105 pounRAB...I suffered a back injury 17 years ago an MRI showed a bulged disc BACK THEN..I had another MRI in october of 2008,it showed I have disc degenerative disease...I also suffer from sacroiliitis.the bulged disc is also seen.lower back L5.. I had six shots in my back in march of 09 i'm going for more shots in may. and I have been going to physical therapy..my pain is not getting any better...if anything it is getting worse..I suffer form pain in my hips, legs, feet,lower back..sometimes I have to walk with cruthes because i can't put any pressure on my left leg...I also get the feeling of pins and needles in my feet and my legs feel heavy and week.the pain shoots down my left leg and in to my foot so hard l just fall down... I never have any relief of the pain in my lower back..CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??
 
If I were you I would be seeing a back surgeon. I messed with my back for 3 years, getting the injections, physical therapy, water therapy, chiropractor, the works. I had a PLIF 3 months ago, Although Iam still having some pain in my hip, Iam on the road to recovery.
 
It sounRAB like the pain you are experiencing is nerve pain. There are meRAB that can be prescribed that will aleviate alot of that pain. BUT I also think that if you are not seeing a good back doctor, now is the time. You need to have a good solid evaluation of what is wrong and how it neeRAB to be resolved. What you are having done now is stop gap measures. They will only temporarily fix your issues. Sooner or later something major will need to be done to take care of your problems. I know, I've been there....
