...OR GERBILS? I have a 10 gallon tank with a cage topper
the cage topper is wire.
i am willing to throw in a wheel and a water bottle
if you are interested please email me for more info like pics, measurements, cost and so forth
the cage will comfortably fit 2 rats, 3 gerbils, 4 hamsters, and maybe mice. the cage might be a little too big for mice but idk
and please only email if you are serious about buying
i will be putting it on craigslist if nobody wants to buy it

A ten gallon, even with a topper is not a good amount of space rats. And tanks in general are bad for rats. I It would comfortably fit gerbils or Mice though.
