Is anyone have the Safelink cellphone account & if so, how is the coverage, quality?

I currently qualify for the Safelink cell phone program and was wondering if anyone else has this? It is through Tracphone apparantly. If you do currently have this, how is your coverage? How many minutes are you alloted per month?
