Hi, just a quick question for you today..

Im asking for my sister.. she is on red p plates.. and she wants to know if she can drive our step sister and her other mate.. now her other mate is 20 and our step sister is 17..

so i know you can drive your brother or sister if they are under 21.. but i dunno about step sisters...

so please help us out..
